3ra. Fiesta del Tannat y el Cordero

Alto de la Ballena
Ruta 12 km 16,400, Sierra de la Ballena, Maldonado.
La Fiesta comienza a las 12:30hs.
Almuerzo especialmente creado por el afamado Chef Hernán Taiana. La entrada consistirá de un paté de ave con focaccia y hongos, una sopa de verduras, pintxo de chipirones, ceviche mixto, y como plato principal una pierna de cordero rellena a las hierbas con gratén de papas a la crema.
El postre tatín de manzana con helado.
Show de Chocolate con el café un “paso a paso del bombón de tannat”. Todo esto maridado con los vinos de la bodega.
